Running on a slow gear
So why such a slow pace of updates? There are two reasons for this, and I believe that both are temporary.
First of all, I have started a new job in January and directly embarked on a rather hectic project assignment, meaning that I wasn't able to monitor and participate at the IPMS Stockholm's site to the same degree as I have done previously. This situation should be resolved in time as things in the project settle down a bit.
Secondly, readers will no doubt remember that I'm currently in progress of developing another publication on the web, the Spitfire Site. With both websites under my editorial responsibility, I found it very difficult to cope with as frequent updates in two different places as I used to do here in Scale News previously. This is why I decided to slow down at these pages until the Spitfire Site stands firmly on its own legs.
If your modelling interest includes World War II aviation, I really think that this decision isn't much of a loss - provided that you will bookmark and regularly check both this site and the Spitfire Site. If not, I'll continue hoping for your understanding and patience.
