Trumpeter ventures further into the heavily-exploited field of German World War II armour. The difficulty in finding previously unkitted subjects in this area is obvious, and Trumpeter's solution is E-series tanks, a late-World War II attempt by Germany to produce a standardised series of tank designs, of which none entered series production.

Their next AFV release in this scale will be the therefore PzKpfw E-10 light tank destroyer.

Rumours say that this kit will feature "only" one-piece rubber tracks, but on the positive side will include a competent photoetched set with complete shurtzen and intake grille. The kit should be available in September-October.

The E-10 will be followed by 1/35 GW Grille II 17cm Cannon Tank (Grille on Tiger II chassis) and E25 Tank Destroyer later this year.

In 1/72 scale, Trumpeter's previously released Sd.Kfz.9 (18t) Famo (a massive kit with over 400 pieces!) will be accompanied by Sd.Ah.116 Trailer. The trailer will be released as a separate kit or in set with the Famo.
